2008 Nieman Conference on Narrative Journalism
Scholarships for Working Journalists

:: The deadline for applying for scholarships has now passed ::

This year, we are able to offer a limited number of registration-fee scholarships for working domestic and international journalists. Scholarship recipients are still responsible for travel and meals not provided at the conference.

Journalists who live and work in the United States and Canada who would like to request a scholarship must attest to an income from all sources of less than $30,000 a year. Journalists who live and work in developing nations need not provide income information.

Scholarships will be awarded in mid-February.
