Lateef Mungin

Lateef Mungin is a reporter at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He has covered cops and courts for the paper for five years and recently was moved to a new beat called "True Crime." In this beat Mungin has been asked to create narrative-style stories about old and new crimes. The six-part series "The Disappearance of Lisa Geise," included on this site, was the first story Mungin produced in this new beat.

Before working at the AJC, Mungin worked at the Marin Independent Journal in California.
